Software for construction and field service

Projects that speak for themselves
What we build for site and field teams
Apps that capture the work once, on site, in the format the office needs (asset records, test results, job sheets and photos), with naming standardised so the register matches the building. They work offline and sync when a signal returns. The office gets a portal for engineers, unit health and reporting, with exports and APIs into the systems already in place, from CAFM and CMMS to accounts. Where the site itself produces data, we build the monitoring and alerts. When the job is mostly the office side (planning, invoicing, reporting), see business systems.
In build now, for a UK surfacing contractor: the office books jobs into a schedule that replaces its spreadsheet diary, each gang leader gets the day's job by text with a link to a job sheet already filled in from the booking, photos and RAMS come back against the job, and any sheet that has not come back is chased before the job goes uninvoiced.
Common questions
Ranges by project type are in the cost guide. A business system or internal platform typically costs £15,000 to £60,000 excluding VAT, with a first phase in 8 to 12 weeks.
