The Clubmatch founders run tennis clubs themselves. They were using the systems every club uses and doing the manual admin every club does: court bookings in one place, membership in another, guest fees chased by email, incident reports on paper, coaching arranged by text, and a WhatsApp group for finding someone to play. They wanted one system for the whole club, built for volunteers and members rather than for a software vendor, and they came to us to build it.

Every job in the club, in one system
Clubmatch is a web platform and a mobile app for iOS and Android, and we have built it with the founders for more than three years. Members book courts, find playing partners at their level without swapping phone numbers, book coaching from coach profiles and availability, pay guest fees at the point of booking, log match results and follow team fixtures. Committees see court usage and member engagement, spot who has gone quiet and might need a nudge, and handle incident reports through a GDPR-compliant process that goes straight to the welfare officer. Bookings deal with cancellations and reminders on their own. Clubmatch is supported by the LTA.
